Nikki Roby is a native of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. Ms. Roby received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Ms. Roby received her Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia. While in law school, Ms. Roby served on Law Review and was a Teaching Assistant in the Legal Skills program. After law school, Ms. Roby joined the Louisville, Kentucky office of a prominent regional legal defense firm, which often represented large insurance companies and exposed her to how the “other side” thinks.
Nikki moved with her husband back to his hometown of Owensboro, Kentucky in 2005, where they are currently raising their daughter. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Roby represented injured plaintiffs at two highly esteemed regional personal injury firms, where she gained invaluable skills across a broad spectrum of cases, including auto negligence, premises liability, dog bites, defective products and mass torts.
Ms. Roby joined Morgan & Morgan in 2023 as a Pre-Litigation Attorney with the firm. Nikki is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Indiana.
