Ms. Marinelli has deep familial roots in the state of New Mexico. She received a Bachelors of University Studies, majoring in American Studies, from the University of New Mexico, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She continued on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of law while completing an ABA-approved semester abroad in Australia.
After graduation, Ms. Marinelli quickly determined she should use her education to help lift up her community and entered the public interest sector. She has represented low-income New Mexican's in court on a variety of civil legal matters, served as an Assistant District Attorney in both the 2nd and 13th Judicial Districts, acted as a criminal defense attorney, and represented alleged incapacitated adults as a Guardian ad Litem in guardianship cases. Ms. Marinelli has also practiced insurance defense law for two national insurance companies.
Ms. Marinelli is currently a member of the Complex Litigation Division of Morgan & Morgan as an E-Discovery attorney. In this role, she provides a careful analysis of discovery documents and other litigation support.
