Jeff is a founder and managing partner of Flint Cooper’s complex international and financial litigation practices, wherein he also co-chairs the firm’s asbestos litigation and governmental relations departments. Between 2000 and 2008, Jeff was the managing partner of SimmonsCooper, a diversified litigation firm ranging in areas from asbestos to complex international financial litigation, wherein he led the firm’s explosive growth from three attorneys in 2000, to one of the largest global litigation firms in the U.S. with over 80-plus attorneys and over 650 employees in five years.
In 2008, Jeff sold the firm to his partners and founded Eudora Global, a portfolio management company specializing in incubating companies that approach traditional business sectors with modernized technology and business models. This approach has yielded breakthroughs in numerous industries, including Atomic 47 (financial technology and mobile banking), Citizens Rx (pharmacy benefit management and claims processing platform) and Ultimate Gaming Championship (esports tournament and league platform technology).
Currently, Jeff serves as chairman of the board of Eudora Global, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Atomic 47, and board member of Citizens Rx.
