David M. Morse is an attorney supporting litigation in the Morgan & Morgan mass tort practice. His legal experience spans 20 years in top-rated national boutique law firms and in prestigious international law firms. David’s experience also extends into several different areas of the law, including intellectual property litigation, prosecution, and licensing, in addition to contracts and regulatory compliance while serving as in-house counsel for early to mid-stage start-up businesses.
With an education in physics, David is adept at understanding and working with a wide range of technology areas such as digital technologies, computing systems, mechanical systems, and medical devices.
David is admitted to practice law in both California and Delaware, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is active in the community by volunteering with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate, through which he represents children in the Family Court of Delaware.
David is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and he holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
