Chase Marshall is an experienced trial attorney and litigator in Morgan & Morgan’s Boston Office. He represents clients with a wide range of personal injury cases with a focus on automobile accidents and catastrophic and complex personal injury claims. Chase has obtained multiple multi-million-dollar settlements for his clients by fearlessly facing off against the country’s biggest insurance companies.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Chase worked at a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm where he worked on an array of cases from automobile accidents, worksite injuries, premises liability, product liability, fire and explosion, and cases involving life-altering traumatic brain injuries.
Chase also brings experience from working at a mid-sized civil litigation defense firm in Boston where he handled a variety of personal injury cases. He gained valuable insight into the workings of insurance companies and defense firms through his representation of numerous Fortune 500 companies, a major public utility company operating throughout Massachusetts, as well as numerous small businesses and individuals. He now uses this insight and experience to his clients' advantage to help them obtain the compensation they deserve.
Chase also gained extensive courtroom experience early in his career working at a criminal defense and immigration firm in Boston as both a trial and appellate attorney. He successfully worked on and argued appeals at the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Marshall combines his wide range of experience to provide diligent, creative, and compassionate representation to his clients. He is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal courts of Massachusetts, and Chase has been named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers every year since 2019.
Chase received his bachelor’s degree from Miami University (OH) and graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, where he also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of High Technology Law.
